Welcome to The Theory of Brown. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services and Products

The Theory of Brown offers digital styling tools (such as downloadable color palettes) and personalized services (such as color analysis, body shape consultation, and styling sessions). By purchasing or using these services, you agree to follow the guidelines outlined here.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Digital Products

All digital products are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, sold, or redistributed. Upon purchase, you will receive access to download your files either instantly or via email within 24 hours.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you lose access to your file, you may request a replacement by emailing us with your name and order number. Without this information, we cannot verify the purchase or resend the product.

3. Styling Services

Styling services are scheduled after purchase and may require submission of images and/or a completed form. Failure to submit the required materials in a timely manner may result in project delays. We can agree on a time frame for the pictures to be completed, but they are essential for the completion of the service.

After booking, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.
If you do not follow the instructions or fail to reach out, we are not responsible for delays. While we may attempt to contact you, we cannot guarantee follow-up without your initial response.

Please allow up to 3–4 business days for a reply after your initial email. If you haven’t received a response, feel free to resend your message to ensure it was received.

4. Intellectual Property

You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the services or products provided without express written permission.

All content, including but not limited to PDFs, guides, styling reports, and visuals, is the intellectual property of The Theory of Brown (formerly Cocoa Styling).

You acknowledge that The Theory of Brown retains all copyright and trademark rights to any materials, and you agree not to claim ownership of any part of the work product delivered to you.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer). We do not store any payment information on our servers, by making a purchaze you also agree to the terms and services of such platforms

6. Limitation of Liability

Styling advice is subjective and results may vary. The Theory of Brown is not liable for how clients choose to implement the advice or use the materials. Our services are designed to guide and empower—results are personal and may depend on a variety of individual factors.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Errors, Inaccuracies And Omissions

Occasionally, there may be information on the site or within a product that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies. This may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, or delivery timelines.

We reserve the right to correct any such errors without notice, including cancelling orders if needed.
