All digital product sales are final.

Once a download link or file has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Sessions and services

Personalized styling services such as color analysis, body analysis, and full styling sessions are eligible for cancellation within 14 days of purchase, provided that the consultation process has not yet begun.

Once work has started on your service (e.g. having the first session or start of the making of your file), the service is considered in progress and no longer refundable.

To request a cancellation and refund within the 14-day window, you must email info@thetheoryofbrown.com with your full name and order number. Unless otherwise agreed upon, services must be used within 12 months of purchase. After that time, bookings may expire and are no longer eligible to be redeemed or refunded.
